Our open invitation in the performance of a Mitzva or Good Deed

We have begun a building fund through a commitment of the members of the community to take loans and to contribute towards the construction of a permanent Synagogue to meet the needs of our growing community in the Shomron.  Unfortunately, while doing our part, we are unable to meet this tremendous commitment and endeavor alone.

“Vi’osu li mikdosh vi’shochanti b’sochom”  “They should make me a Temple and I will dwell within them”. This passage from the bible indicates Moses’ approach towards building the Mishkan, the temporary dwelling place of G-d in the Israelite’s midst.  Gifts and donations were offered by everyone from rich to poor and it was built.

We kindly ask your help in participating in this holy endeavor and good deed by helping us build our House of Worship. Your name and contribution will be inscribed in the tablet we have created to commemorate the role that people played in building a permanent house of prayer.  This new structure was planned with the future in mind so that it will fill our current need as well as the needs of the next generation.  This new tabernacle will ensure the permanence of Kiryat Netafim as a growing community in this historical area of the Shomron.

We appreciate your contribution and thank you for supporting this project by performing a ‘mitzva’ or good deed.  We welcome your continued interest by following our progress and published updates.
